Not the best
Great location just around the corner from Jalan Alor and Changkat, within walking distance to Petronas Towers. Comfortable bed.
There were some repair/construction works in the hotel, so they were drilling and sawing some time. We checked in and our room was on the 8th floor, so we thought it would be quiet, unfortunately the room was on the front of the hotel and it wasn't soundproofed so was very loud from the traffic at night, so it was quite difficult to.sleep. The room wasn't very clean, dust in corners. Breakfast was quite basic, but they did have a couple of tasty options on, unfortunately they hadn't lit the gas hob under the food container and they had left the lids open, so all the food was cold. Reception staff wasn't very friendly, didn't smile at all, they looked like they didn't want to be there, we was left to find our room on our own on check in and they didn't help us with our luggage. Definitely would not stay here again.
